But what is a Buyer's Agency?

Most traditional real estate agencies work with a fixed portfolio of properties. When a potential buyer approaches them, they will typically recommend properties from their own selection. This can limit the buyer's access to the wider market — and, ultimately, their ability to compare opportunities and make the best-informed decision.

Aureia Consulting works differently.

We do not hold our own property portfolio - which means we are not restricted to a particular selection of properties or agency. Instead, we work in partnership with real estate agencies throughout Portugal, sharing the commission they receive from the property owner while representing the buyer's interests, needs and objectives throughout the search and negotiation process.

 

This allows our clients to explore a much broader selection of properties while having an independent partner on their side.
