But what is a Buyer Agency?

Most real estate agencies hold a fix portfolio. When a potential buyer contacts them, they will mostly suggest options from their own selection:depriving the client the opportunity to choose from the widest selection of properties - and like that, to make the best decision.

Our agency doesn't hold a portfolio, therefore is not restricted to a narrow slice of the market.

Instead, we enter into partnership with any agency - sharing the commission they get from the owners and representing the buyer's needs and benefits during the whole search and negotiation.
